Clara Couture Bridal wants to help make your wedding gown search an experience to remember. To ensure that you receive the best possible level of service, our team offers a highly personalized appointment and undivided attention for our brides.
We recommend booking your appointment as soon as you have set the date for your wedding as this will give you plenty of time to find your dream dress and have it fitted perfectly to you. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients. In order to do so, a scheduled appointment will be required for trial as this ensures you a time slot, a dedicated bridal consultant and a change room available.
Scheduling a complimentary FREE consultation appointment:
The joy of finding your dream wedding dress is simply priceless. Our team will ensure you will have a seamless experience, which is all about you. We offer our bride a 1 hour complimentary FREE appointment with our professional Bridal Consultant; if required, a 30 mins revisit appointment may be booked to finalize/order your gown selection.
Scheduling a PREMIUM consultation appointment:
$180 consultation fee apply.
*$100 of your consultation fee is creditable to your gown purchase.
** Weekday after store hour and Sunday appointment available upon request.
*** Premium consultation appointment is not available on Saturday.
The PREMIUM consultation appointment is a 3 hours intimate one-on-one session with our professional Bridal Consultant & Certified Wedding Planner. Bride will get two full hours to fully explore our designer wedding gown collections and one full hour to consult with our certified wedding planner for your wedding planning needs. Our wedding planning consultation service is designed to help brides at each stage of planning their wedding. This may include consulting for:
Wedding Theme development
Wedding Budget guild & estimate
Vendor recommendation (up to 3)
Venue recommendation (up to 3)
Wedding Commissioner recommendation (up to 3)
Marriage License application guild
Please note due to our store space limitation we can only accommodate maximum 3-4 guests at each appointment.
Due to high demand and limitation for Premium & Saturday appointment, please note Premium & Saturday appointment do require to be book minimum two weeks in advance.
You may book your appointment by completing the contact form below, our team will contact you to confirm your booking. Client will receive a confirmation via email. Please allow at least 24 hour response time based on store operation schedule:
Monday-to-Saturday (replies will be completed during hours of operation) keeping in mind that the store is closed on Sundays.
A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking. In case of "No Show", a $30 non-refundable fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
Cancellation / Rescheduling of an Appointment
In order to be respectful all the brides in need, kindly email or call our boutique promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. Clara Couture Bridal requires minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel a Premium or Saturday appointment booked and minimum 24 hours notice to cancel a weekday appointment booked so that your appointment time can be reallocated to another bride in need.
Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will be much appreciated. Late cancellations will be considered as a
"No Show" Policy for Appointment
A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it within a full working day (24 hours) for weekday appointment, two full working days (48 hours) for a Premium/Saturday appointment in advance or who fails to present at the time of a scheduled appointment. Fail to present to the schedule appointment and/or cancel in timely manner will result in the client being charged $30 for the "complimentary consultation appointment" booked or $100 for the "PREMIUM consultation appointment" booked.

WEDDING GOWN ALTERATIONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Alterations are a separate cost and work by appointment only. Alterations will be needed as the garments ordered are not custom made for your measurements.
A quotation for the work required on the dress will be provided. 50% deposit will be required at your first fitting and remaining balance of the alteration fees are due and payable in full at the last fitting.
Clara Couture Bridal is not responsible for the fit or additional costs (alterations or materials needed) due to weight loss/gain, pregnancy or plastic surgery. Please try your garment immediately after pick up in store or at home. If your garment needs adjustment, please bring in back with your receipt in within 2 business days.
All alteration fittings require a scheduled appointment. We recommend for wedding gowns, eight (6) to ten (8) weeks prior to your wedding or travel date for your first appointment.
Shoes and undergarments (including but not limited to: slip, bra, and spanx) must be decided upon, purchased and brought to the first fitting and all proceeding fittings.
For any new gown purchase at Clara Couture Bridal pressing is included once with the service of alterations completed at Clara Couture Bridal. If you would like the wedding gown pressed more than once there will be an additional charge of $40.
For gown not being purchased at Clara Couture Bridal, pressing is not being included with the alteration service. If you would like the wedding gown pressed there will be an additional charge of $40.
GENERAL CLOTHING ALTERATIONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Alterations are a separate cost and work by appointment only.
Kindly dry clean or wash all clothing before bringing in for alteration.
Payment for the alteration will be due in full at the time of pick up.
Same day service (Rush order) is $10 +tax extra per item.
Please try your garment immediately after pick up in store or at home. If your garment needs adjustment, please bring in back with your receipt in within 7 days.
Garments must be picked up no later than the scheduled pick up time.
We will not be responsible for unclaimed garments left over one month.
In order to avoid any measurement mistakes, client is responsible to bring the proper footwear so we can make the right measurements for our alteration service.
We reserve the right to refuse any type of garment/service.
We will do our best to keep prices at the lowest possible. However, Pricing can vary depending on the material, work, and design of each unique item. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT AN ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR ITEMS!
We will not guarantee proper length if you don’t have the right footwear at the time of fitting. Therefore, extra charge may apply to re-adjust.
Unclaimed Garments: Garments must be picked up not later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Due to limited space available for storage, we will make periodic contributions and donate unpicked items. We are not responsible for garments left over one month.
Due to the volume of alterations we perform, please allow minimum 5 to 7 business days for your order to be completed. However, depending on certain circumstances we may need more/less timing. Always inquire and we will be happy to set it accordingly to your needs!
